A stack of paper is folded into a section, stitched and adhered into a soft or hard cover. The pages lie flat when open.

Saturday 2nd November / 10am to 1:30pm

Skill Level: beginners & upward
In this workshop you learn how to sew 2 notebooks & how to make a soft & a hard cover.
It’s a great starting place to learn a simple sewing technique, with an emphasis on learning about using adhesive to make a cover.
It’s a stepping stone to binding at home and feeling confident in any of the other workshop options.

The Binding Studio is at 731 Scenic Dr, Henderson Valley, Auckland 0612. There is off street and on street parking available.
Please note there are no public buses to this area. The closest public transport is to Swanson Train Station. An Uber from the train station is approx $20.

This workshop will only go ahead with 3 or more participants (or at TBS’s discretion.) You will be refunded in full if numbers are not reached.
72 hours notice is required for cancellations (you will be refunded your payment minus transaction charges.)
Cancellations under 72 hours will result in a 50% refund only.
