In this workshop you learn how to make a hinged lid box. From raw materials, to a beautiful handmade box to store your keepsakes.
In the video above you can see me working through the same steps we will go through over the day together.
I will be assisting you from understanding measurements through to the final details.
It’s a great workshop to learn to appreciate the craft, whilst making a beautiful box you can treasure.
It’s also stepping stone to binding at home and feeling super confident in any of the other workshop options.

The Binding Studio is at 731 Scenic Dr, Henderson Valley, Auckland 0612. There is off street and on street parking available.
Please note there are no public buses to this area. The closest public transport is to Swanson Train Station. An Uber from the train station is approx $20.

This workshop will only go ahead with 3 or more participants (or at TBS’s discretion.) You will be refunded in full if numbers are not reached.
72 hours notice is required for cancellations (you will be refunded your payment minus transaction charges.)
Cancellations under 72 hours will result in a 50% refund only.
